The Faculty of Theology is as old as the University of Copenhagen itself and is located in the heart of the city, next to the famous "Round Tower". The Faculty provides a setting for research, training and researcher training of the highest international standard. Approximately 50 academic staff of all denominations regularly contribute to inter-disciplinary projects and to public debates about major issues pertaining to Christianity, culture and society. The Faculty runs study programmes and continuing education programmes in Theology, African Studies and European Islamic Thought for approximately 900 students. Welcome to the Faculty of Theology.
